Sam graduated from Cardiff University with a Bachelors (BEng) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. His focus was on energy and power systems with a particular interest in renewables. Sam completed an undergraduate placement at Network Rail, involved in substation and switchgear renewal projects. Alongside this, he completed a feasibility study for the use of green hydrogen in backup power generation for one of their sites. At ReEnergise, Sam’s primary role is to develop electrical solutions for clients at each step of their decarbonisation projects. His secondary role is the continuous analysis of renewable technology progression to ensure effective solutions for clients.
