In addition, he is a fully qualified DEC assessor with years of experience assessing energy consumption and building efficiency across various commercial sectors. As a seasoned energy improvement consultant, he advises clients on energy efficiency upgrades, helping them to navigate the regulatory framework that surrounds energy compliance.
